The most extensive publication featuring the Civil War history of Rosehill is a booklet authored by David Wendell and published by the Rosehill Cemetery and Mausoleum in the 1990s.
The booklet includes general information, lists of officers, maps of markers, and background information. It also provides a description of the Civil War Museum that existed at the time of the booklet’s publication.
Although no longer in print, the booklet was designed to provide visitors to the cemetery with information on the war for use in contextualizing their experiences in the cemetery.
